We try our best to give you a price over the telephone based on how you advise us the weight, hair length and condition of the hair. Without seeing or feeling the hair's condition of your dog, the price given is just an estimate.

When you arrive in the shop, we will check the dog including the hair's condition (matted) to give you another estimate of the length of time to groom and price. This section is for dogs who are matted SPARINGLY. Unfortunately, we do not see the extent of the mats until we blow out the hair.

Extra long and possibly felted hair takes time to cut to get the finish look. There is a liability to shave this type of matted hair and we have to be careful not to burn or hurt the dog.

Being matted and extra help needed to groom your dog will be extra fees.

Please let us know if your dog bites or have bitten dogs or human before.
